U.S. online car sales company Carmax accomplishes in a few days what it would take human beings 11 years to do with Azure OpenAI; PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has partnered with OpenAI, a ChatGPT developer, to enable its employees to incorporate AI to advise clients on complex issues such as tax, legal, and human resources; and GitHub Copilot is the world’s first large-scale generative AI development tool developed using the OpenAI Codex model. Since its launch, GitHub Copilot has written 46% of all code and helped developers improve their coding speed by up to 55% ……
It’s been nearly a year since OpenAI released ChatGPT, kicking off a generative AI frenzy that is rapidly reshaping the tech industry.
The time when everyone can make money on GPTs, is it really here?
Nov 7, 2023 BST OpenAI hosted a developer conference to officially release custom GPTs.
OpenAI’s goal is to further broaden the scope of ChatGPT’s capabilities so that anyone can build a customized chatbot, or “GPTs,” using the technology without any coding skills.
In a blog post, OpenAI wrote, “GPTs are a new way for anyone to create tailored ChatGPTs to be more helpful in everyday life, specific tasks, at work or at home, and then share that creation with others.”
To create GPTs, users simply indicate what they want the robot to do by having a conversation with ChatGPT. ChatGPT then writes the code needed to create and run the new bot.
OpenAI says these bots can access other websites and services to perform actions such as accessing databases, searching email and automating e-commerce orders.
Ethan Mollick, an associate professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, for example, shared his experience just using GPTs in a blog post.
Considering that not every student has the opportunity to get one-on-one advice from a teacher, Ethan wanted to use GPTs to develop a GPT that could review and suggest revisions to students’ papers.Ethan needed to have a constant dialog with the GPTs about what he wanted them to accomplish. Based on the dialog, the GPTs complete the relevant configurations.
At the launch event, OpenAI also said that it will soon launch a GPT Store.
This means that more people who can’t program can rely on GPTs to create GPTs and make money by selling them in the GPT store.
In addition to that, the API update is also one of the biggies.
It was upgraded from GPT-4 to to GPT-4 Turbo, updating the knowledge base until April 2023, as well as having good content length. While the original GPT-4 base version only provided 8k tokens of contextual memory, the GPT-4 Turbo has now been upgraded to 128k tokens, which means that users can input longer texts for it to complete the relevant commands. Take Ethan as an example, when talking to GPT, he can upload a more complete instruction PDF as much as possible to make sure that GPT can better meet his requirements.
And it’s priced at one cent for a thousand hint tokens and three cents for a thousand completion tokens. For organizations using the application programming interface to OpenAI, GPT-4 Turbo may reduce the cost of inputting information and receiving answers for developers.
Companies going global must rely on technology engines.
Meanwhile, OpenAI showed at the conference that ChatGPT has more than 100 million active users per week, more than 2 million developers using APIs and other development, and has cooperated with more than 92% of Fortune 500 companies.
And according to Markets and Markets Research, the global AI market will be $150.2 billion in 2023 and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 36.8% from 2023 to 2030, reaching $134.52 billion by 2030.

In an era when everyone can make money on AI, how can companies going global use technology as an engine driver?
On the one hand, Chinese companies are trying to catch up with this AI boom and accelerate AI products going overseas. AI products that have already gone out of the circle include, but are not limited to, Opus Clip, an AI short video tool, Monica, a Google browser plug-in, and ChatGPT for Google.
On the other hand, Chinese companies going overseas also actively utilize technology to drive product and service upgrades. It continuously empowers the whole process of going overseas (staffing, supply chain, marketing, R&D, etc.).
According to the Report on the Globalization of Chinese Enterprises (2018), Chinese Internet going overseas is mainly divided into three stages:
- The first stage is mainly based on tooling applications going overseas.
- The second stage is mainly based on the business model of mobile Internet going overseas.
- In the third stage, it is to cut into overseas markets through technological differentiation and rely on local user habits to establish and provide corresponding products and services.
For most of the enterprises in the third stage of the sea, globalization of the sea needs to be resolved is the localization. Only enough localization, the enterprise can provide products and services in line with the habits of local users.
SaaS + AI, helping Chinese enterprises to go global
In order to achieve localization, enterprises ultimately need to rely on people.
How to efficiently build an internationalized team is an important topic that Chinese enterprises can’t get around.
In the field of staffing, or human resources, AI and other technologies are also constantly upgrading product services for enterprises going overseas.
Automation
Traditional HR contains several business modules: personnel, vacation, attendance, payroll and benefits, training, performance, and recruitment.
In the overseas recruitment and training section, many enterprises access OpenAI and use it to screen resumes while batch distributing emails to invite candidates. Identify potential candidates more quickly and accurately. Meanwhile, AI is utilized to develop and provide relevant training courses, freeing companies from tedious HR work and significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of HR teams.
As for other management segments in traditional HR, the entry of SaaS platforms makes everything more automated and reduces human involvement.
SaaS, which stands for “Software as a Service,” is a cost- and time-saving solution that can help organizations save more money and effort, as well as improve operational efficiency and quality.
PayInOne’s global employment and payroll SaaS platform supports online signing. For mainstream countries have recognized the legal effect of electronic signatures, PayInOne provides electronic signatures that comply with the standards of each country.
From KYC review before employee onboarding, to employee onboarding and creating onboarding files. From KYC review before employee onboarding, to employee onboarding, creating an onboarding profile, to subsequent employee management such as leave, attendance, reimbursement, incentives, contract renewal and termination, all in automated experience.
Visualization
Most traditional HR firms rely on resources and make money on the information gap. Enterprises go overseas to develop their business, looking for general channels or outsourcing companies for employee recruitment and management, and employee hiring management cannot be transparent.
PayInOne operating system, however, makes everything visualized and different billing times can be selected according to the needs of enterprises.
There are three types of billing times in PayInOne Contractor:
- Recurring: The PayInOne system automatically bills the employer at regular intervals chosen by the employer.
- Pay As You Go: Employers create their own
- KPI Contract: When the contract is completed and the employee clicks done on the employee’s end, the system will automatically bill the employee.
Compliance
If an offshore company only has the need to hire an overseas contract laborer, why not choose a traditional HR service provider?
The OpenAI launch emphasized six major features of GPT4 turbor, including: the introduction of copyright protection copyright protection, if the user faces a legal claim regarding copyright infringement, OpenAI will step in and defend the client and pay the costs incurred, applicable to ChatGPT Enterprise and API. and OpenAI promises not to take the OpenAI promises not to take data from the API for training, to protect developers and avoid copyright disputes.
Compliance has always been a topic that users can’t get around.
As a global employment and payroll SaaS platform, PayInOne protects the intellectual property rights and data privacy of employees and organizations, and the system complies with the GDPR EU Privacy Protection Policy, as well as countries such as the PIPL China Privacy Policy.
Traditional HR management service providers are unable to ensure compliance with country-specific privacy policies when qualifying employees, and companies are penalized for misclassifying employees according to the relevant labor regulations and policies of different countries.
For example, starting January 1, 2024, employers who misclassify workers as independent contractors under the Rhode Island Payment of Wages Act in the United States will be penalized. Employers will be liable for civil penalties for each misclassified employee, with the first violation resulting in a fine of $1,500 to $3,000, and each subsequent misclassified employee facing a fine of up to $5,000.
The PayInOne system covers country-by-country employment guidelines, including laws and regulations, policy changes, labor protections, investment policies, and barriers to entry, to ensure that companies comply with employment standards and legal processes.
Meanwhile, PayInOne system introduces ChatGPT technology PayInOne Chatbot for global employment and payroll management, which allows customers to inquire related issues on their own, further saving related human communication costs.
